1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Peeechah, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Peeechah provides a platform for photographers to upload, organize, and deliver photo and video galleries to their clients. Features include proofing, favoriting, downloads, and integrated payment collection.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
4. Content Ownership
You retain all intellectual property rights to content you upload. By using Peeechah, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and deliver your content to your designated recipients. We claim no ownership over your work.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use Peeechah to distribute illegal content, infringe on others' intellectual property, or engage in activities that disrupt the service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payment & Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
7. Gallery Expiration
Galleries expire based on the timeline you set. Expired gallery data is permanently deleted 30 days after expiration. It is your responsibility to ensure clients download their files before expiry.
8. Limitation of Liability
Peeechah is provided 'as is.' We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Modifications
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
