1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly: your name, email address, and payment details when you create an account. When you upload photos and videos, we store that media securely on our servers. We also collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, and device information through cookies and analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve Peeechah's services, process payments, send transactional emails (gallery links, payment confirmations), and communicate product updates. We never sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Media & Client Data
Photos and videos you upload remain your intellectual property. We do not use your media for marketing, training AI models, or any purpose beyond delivering them to your designated clients. Client gallery access is controlled entirely by you.
4. Data Storage & Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Media files are stored on globally distributed CDN infrastructure. We perform regular security audits and penetration testing.
5. Data Retention
Active account data is retained as long as your account exists. Expired galleries are automatically deleted 30 days after expiry unless you choose to extend them. You can request full data deletion at any time by contacting us.
6. Third-Party Services
We use Stripe for payment processing, and analytics providers to understand usage patterns. Each third party is bound by their own privacy policies and our data processing agreements.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. EU residents have additional rights under GDPR. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@peeechah.com.
